Hi.
I love the rice balls in this picture, which can be bought at 丸豊 in Tsukiji.
When I serve these in the morning on the shooting day, I find that the stuff get exciting.
いいですね、日本食。やっぱ手作り感満載のおにぎりが一番だと思います。

それに向けて日本は海外の人・企業を受け入れる体制を整え始めています。より海外の人が日本で過ごしやすい環境にすることが進められています。
さらに、日本の技術・文化を輸出することが増え、海外からの需要はより高まっています。
日本は以前にも増してグローバル社会に近づいていきます。
多くの人種が交わり、交流する社会
そんな時代を切り開こうとする意思をこの年号に込めるんではなかろうか、と思います。
